Now you can make your own Elderberry Syrup in minutes.
Simply add mess bag to 3 cups of BOILING water. Cover.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add honey to taste, or no sweetener if you desire.
Three Easy Steps
Boil 3 cups of water in a saucepan
Add Mesh Bag to water
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
Let bag drain
Add cinnamon stick while liquid is cooling. Do not boil cinnamon stick
Sweeten to taste
REFRIGERATE

Ingredients: Hand picked, ethically-harvested elderberries and elderflowers from my farm; turkey tail mushroom from the mountains, ascorbic acid (Vit C).
