Directions: Apply clay as directed then apply muscle rub for additional pain relief.

Clay Directions: Add enough warm water to create a thick, spreadable, paste (Aprox 1 teaspoon of water). Apply paste to skin and cover with plastic wrap (if possible). Covering keeps product from drying & allows body heat to work. Let product remain on skin for 30 minutes, up to one hour. Rinse with warm water.

Muscle Rub Directions: Apply product onto skin using roller ball. Can use multiple times daily if needed.

INGREDIENTS: French Green Clay, Cynoglossum virginanum, Plantain, Epson Salt, Eucalyptus oil. Solomon’s seal. May contain lemon balm & yarrow.

Green Magic Muscle Rub Ingredients: 91 % Rubbing Alcohol, Cynoglossum virginianum, Plantain, Lemon Balm, Yarrow, Xanthorrhiza simplicissima. May also contain Solomon’s Seal and Mullein (if in season)
